  • Use PHC for spam, self-promotion, or disruptive behavior

  • Spread false information or intentionally mislead members

  • Engage in unlawful, reckless, or unethical hunting practices

  • Abuse PHC partner relationships or exclusive member discounts

PHC reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund for violations of this Code of Conduct or PHC’s Terms & Conditions.

These discounts and discount codes are confidential and intended solely for active PHC members.

Members may not:

Any leaking, sharing, or unauthorized distribution of preferred partner discount codes may result in:

  • Immediate termination of membership access

  • Permanent ban from PHC

Payments & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated:

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

PHC reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate memberships for inappropriate conduct or violations of these Terms.

Copyright Enforcement

PHC reserves the right to pursue removal of unauthorized copies of its content through copyright claims, DMCA takedowns, legal action, or any other remedies available under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability
